3 tablespoons mirin (Japanese Sweet Cooking Wine)
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, ground
1 teaspoon garlic, grated

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well.
