2 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 medium carrots, peeled and grated
1 garlic clove, minced
5 tsp grated ginger root
5 Tbsp miso
2 tsp honey
1/4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until consistency is uniform.
