Easy, easy, easy and very yummy! I through this together and have made it like this ever since. It's not the actual way of making souffle, but I like to call it that. It's my version of it and I can't tell you how delicious it is! "Enjoy"

This souffle was a bit too salty for my taste. I would recommend using less salt or omitting it altogether.

I had some trouble getting the souffle to rise properly. I think I may have overbeaten the egg whites.

I found that this souffle was a bit too cheesy for my taste. I would recommend using less cheese or adding more spinach.
