Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 325. Beat together butter, sugar and egg yolk until light and fluffy. Stir in flour and cinnamon. Press dough into the bottom of two 9x13" pan that you have lined with parchament paper. Beat egg white and water in a small bowl until frothy. Spread over dough. Sprinkle the almonds evenly over the top. Sprinkle the sugar evenly over the almonds. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and slice into rectangles while hot.
