Steps:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix butter, sugar, and egg yolk in bowl. Blend flour and cinnamon together, and then stir into butter mixture. Pat into cookie sheet. Beat water and egg white until fluffy. Spread over dough. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Bake 20-25 minutes or until browned. Cut into finger size strips.
