1 cup apple juice
1 cup frozen strawberry
1/2 cup frozen banana
1 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt or 1 cup vanilla soy yogurt
1/2 cup ice

Steps:

  • Pour the apple juice in the blender.
  • Add the strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt and ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth with a thick consistency.
  • If Vegan use suitable sugar.
