This brine is a great starting point, but I like to add my own spices to it. I usually add some garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but the chicken came out really tough. I followed the recipe exactly.

This brine is a waste of time and ingredients. The chicken didn't have any flavor at all.

I've tried this brine a few times now, and I'm always disappointed. The chicken never comes out as flavorful as I hoped.

This brine is way too salty. I had to rinse the chicken off before cooking it, and it still came out too salty.

I followed the recipe exactly, but the chicken came out a bit dry. I think I might have overcooked it.

I was a bit hesitant to try this brine because I'm not a fan of spicy food. But I'm so glad I did! The brine was perfectly balanced and not too spicy at all. The chicken came out so juicy and flavorful.
