Jalapeno ranch dip image

Introduced to a similar dip at a restaurant in the Nashville area. It's addictive. I use fat-free sour cream. Overnight chill is key. Flavors meld together. I use 1/4 jalapeno and that makes it a kicked up mild. Use a 1/2 cup for medium heat.

This was my first time making this dip, and it was a success! I used a food processor to chop the jalapeƱos and onions, and it made everything so much easier. The dip was delicious and I will definitely be making it again.
