Jalapeno Glazed Ham image

Not Your traditional ham, but if You like sweet & heat like my family, Your going to love! Very easy!

Number Of Ingredients 7

2-3 fresh jalapeno seeded and chopped
1/4 c gold tequila
1 can(s) crushed pineapple 8oz. or 8oz fruit jam
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp cornstarch
8 lb cooked ham

Steps:

  • 1. Place first 5 ingredients in a food processor. Process until finely minced about 1 minute. Pour into saucepan, bring to boil add teaspoon of corn starch turn heat down and simmer. Heat the ham by following directions on the package. In the last half hour of cooking, brush the prepared glaze over entire ham and return to oven. Serve remaining glaze on the side.
