JALAPENO CORN CASSEROLE image

3 can(s) white shoe peg corn
1 8oz pkg philly cream cheese
3 Tbsp flour
1 stick butter
1 c milk
2 Tbsp chopped jalapenos

Steps:

  • 1. Melt butter and cream cheese in saucepan. Add flour and stir (will be thick) slowly. Add milk and stir until consistency of pudding; add jalapenos. Drain corn and put in casserole dish. Add cream cheese mixture and cover. bake in 350 degree oven for 35 min. or until thicken and bubbly...
