Jack's 6am Alarm Chili image

1 lb pork
1 lb sausage
1 lb hamburger
2 (796 ml) cans crushed tomatoes
2 (156 ml) cans tomato paste
3 cans kidney beans
2 bottles beer
6 cloves garlic
1/4 onion
1 chili pepper (jalapeno)
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
4 tablespoons cumin
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons black pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
8 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
2 tablespoons hot sauce (I recommend Endorphin Rush)
3 fluid ounces Jack Daniels Whiskey

Steps:

  • brown all meat, chop onion,peppers,garlic, add all ingredients, spices, and meat to pot, stir and heat to a slow boil for 2 hours, refrigerate over night, reheat following day serve-- even better the 3rd day.
