Named as my husband's favorite dish, egg noodles, tuna, and sour cream make this pasta recipe tasty and quick!

1 (8 ounce) package uncooked egg noodles
½ cup sour cream
3 tablespoons milk
1 pinch garlic powder to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 (15 ounce) can peas, drained
1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook until tender, about 6 minutes. Drain.
  • Mix sour cream, milk, garlic, and salt together in a saucepan. Stir in drained noodles along with peas and tuna. Cook over low heat until heated through, about 15 minutes.
