Steps:
- heat oil in skillet to hot rub chops with salt, pepper, and sage on each side sear pork chops on each side to seal in juices then squeeze 1/2 orange on each side and heat 5 minutes to carmelize then add jack daniels to skillet and heat chops 5 minutes each side. remove pork chops and continue to simmer juices until reduced by half. add gravy to pork chops and serve
