J. Baldwin's Calamari With Beurre Blanc Sauce: image

I am a calamari lover !!! I begged Jeff for years to make this in his culinary classes but it took him 2 years to finally give it up. This is the best calamari you will ever eat and I am SO glad I can finally make it at home and impress friends and family. Thanks Jeff !!! When I cannot find calamari steaks, I buy a 10 oz box of Trader Joe's lightly breaded calamari rings and it is still awesome .. Enjoy !!!

This recipe is the worst calamari dish I've ever had. The calamari was like rubber and the sauce was like glue.

I followed the recipe exactly and the dish turned out bland. I think it needs more seasoning.

This calamari dish was a hit! The calamari was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful. The beurre blanc sauce was rich and creamy, with a hint of lemon that really brought out the flavor of the calamari. I served it with a side of roasted vegetables
