This is a fun salad that uses the same ingredients you would in an Italian sandwich. Water chestnuts give it a nice crunch!!

This salad is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids loved the tortellini and the dressing.

I'm allergic to tomatoes, so I had to substitute another vegetable. I used roasted red peppers instead, and the salad was still delicious.

This salad is a bit too time-consuming to make for a weeknight meal. I'll save it for a special occasion.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my salad didn't turn out as good as the picture. It was still tasty, but not as flavorful as I expected.

This salad is a bit too heavy for my taste. I prefer lighter pasta salads.
