Italian Herb Rolls image

I got this recipe from my daughter-in-law who was trying to impress me... She did. When I made them, it seemed that the dough was not very elastic and was worried about it being to dense. It does turn out ok though. After forming the rolls, there is no need to let the dough rise a second time before baking.

Yield 12 rolls

Number Of Ingredients 10

7 -9 ounces water (I started with 8 oz. and ended up adding a little bit more)

These rolls were a bit too dense for my taste. I think I would have preferred them to be a bit lighter and fluffier.

These rolls were amazing! I made them for a party and they were a huge hit. The dough tasted so delicious, it would be good with no additives. I used fresh herbs from my garden and they really made the rolls extra flavorful.
