Steps:
- 1. Mix garlic powder & oregano with softened butter. Spread seasoned butter on one side of eachbread slice. Place 6 slices bread buttered side down in a large skillet. cut each slice of mozzarella to fit on bread slices and place1 slice on top of each bread slice. place other 6 slices of bread on top of cheese unbuttered side against cheese. Over low to medium heat grill sandwiches as usual. When grilled to thedarkness you like, place sandwiches on plates and cut in half.
