Italian Green Beans with Blue Cheese image

My family loves vegetables, and I am always looking for new ways to spice them up. This recipe is one of our favorites for green beans. I use blue cheese, but feta or mozzarella can be substituted.

I thought this dish was just okay. The green beans were cooked well, but the blue cheese sauce was a bit too strong for my liking. I think I would have enjoyed it more if the sauce had been made with a milder cheese.

This dish was a bit too rich for my taste. The blue cheese sauce was very heavy and the walnuts added a lot of extra fat. I think I would have enjoyed it more if the sauce had been made with a lighter cheese, like feta or goat cheese.

I've made this dish several times and it's always a hit. The green beans are always cooked perfectly and the blue cheese sauce is amazing. I like to add a little bit of crumbled bacon to the sauce for an extra flavor boost.

Easy to make and delicious! I used goat cheese instead of blue cheese and it was still really good. The beans were tender and the sauce was creamy and flavorful. I served it over rice and it was a hit with my family.

These green beans were absolutely delicious! I loved the combination of the beans, blue cheese, and walnuts. The beans were cooked perfectly and still had a bit of a crunch to them. The blue cheese added a nice sharpness and the walnuts added a nutty
