I'm not sure what went wrong, but my egg rolls didn't turn out crispy at all. They were more like soggy burritos.

These egg rolls were a disaster. The filling was too runny and the egg rolls fell apart when I tried to fry them.

The egg rolls were good, but I found the filling to be a bit bland. I think I'll add some extra spices next time.

These Italian Egg Rolls are a great way to use up leftover pasta. I had some leftover spaghetti and meatballs, and it worked perfectly in the filling.
