Italian Balsamic Chicken image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/4 c fresh parsley, minced
1 Tbsp italian seasoning
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

Steps:

  • 1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top bag.
  • 2. Add chicken to bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
  • 3. Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade.
  • 4. Grill chicken for 6 minutes on each side or until done.
  • 5. Cool. Cut into 1/4-inch strips.
