1 (14 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 (15 ounce) can tropical fruit cocktail, drained
1 lb seedless green grape, washed, picked from stems
1 (15 ounce) container sour cream
1 (4 ounce) container mascarpone, room temperature
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 (10 ounce) bag mini marshmallows

Steps:

  • Add sugar to mascarpone and mix well by hand or electric mixer.
  • Add sour cream and mix well.
  • Place all ingredients in mixing bowl.
  • Stir fruit gently, mixing well.
  • Cover with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  • Just before serving, spoon into a pretty glass or crystal serving bowl.
