Israeli Salad image

The first time I had this simple salad was in the Negev camping out. It is simple, delicious and even my kids like it.

1 cucumber, peeled seeded and diced
2 fresh tomatoes, diced
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients. Enjoy.
