4 lbs chopped cassava, leaves
1 lb chopped spinach
1 large eggplant
1 small cabbage
4 medium tomatoes
4 bunches green onions
1 bunch cilantro
1 garlic
maggi seasoning
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
1 lb soup bones
2 teaspoons peanut butter
1 lb palm oil

Steps:

  • Chop all the vegetables
  • Meanwhile boil 6 cups of water with the soup bones with all condiments.
  • Add cassava leaves and all the veggies except tomatoes when the water start boiling.
  • When water almost dried out, add palm oil ; let cook and boil until oil almost evaporated.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, boil until almost dry.
  • Finally add peanut butter.
