Island Pork Tenderloin image

Wow, I am so excited!!! I finally conquered the "pork tenderloin" tonight for dinner. I have tried making this several time with no success. It would always come out very tough because I would over cook it. This came out so tender, moist and delicious with the seasoned crust on the outside it was spicy too! My husband & I both...

Overall, this was a good recipe. The pork was flavorful and the sauce was tasty. However, I found that the cooking time was a bit too long and the pork was a little overcooked.

This recipe was easy to follow and the pork turned out very tender. I would recommend using a thicker cut of pork tenderloin, as mine was a little thin.

The pork was a little dry, but the sauce was delicious. I would recommend cooking the pork for less time next time.
