- 2. In another bowl lightly beat eggs,mix in melted butter and buttermilk.Add liquids to dry ingredients,mix to combine.Mix in raisins or chocolate chips.
- 3. Divide dough into thirds.On a floured board pat each piece into a 1 inch thick circle.
- 4. Cut each circle into quarters. Transfer wedges to baking sheet.Bake until golden,15 minutes.Serve warm.
