A hearty, stick-to-your-ribs Irish stew that's loaded with meat and veggies! I've been making this for years and we just love it! *If you don't care for lamb, you can always sub beef. Be sure to serve with a pint of green beer and some Irish Soda Bread for dunking! Slainte! ("Cheers" in Irish!) ~Photo by me~

[email protected]Just okay. I've had better lamb stews. The meat was a bit tough, and the flavor was just so-so. I probably won't make this recipe again.

[email protected]Easy to make and bursting with flavor! I used beef instead of lamb because that's what I had on hand, and it turned out great. I also added some carrots and parsnips to the stew, and they added a nice sweetness. Will definitely be making this again!
