- 1. Heat oven to 375°. Have baking sheets ready.2. Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Beat melted butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a large bowl with electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in eggs, dissolved coffee, and vanilla. On low speed, gradually beat in flour mixture. By hand, stir in chocolate and walnuts. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
