INDIAN SPINACH SALAD
This salad is really delicious and it makes a beautiful presentation. I serve it often to dinner guests.

Steps:
- 1. Combine vinegar, oil, chutney, sugar, curry powder and mustard in a jar. Shake and chill.
- 2. Place torn spinach in a large bowl; top with apples, raisins, peanuts and green onions.
- 3. Shake dressing well and pour over salad and toss.
