I'm not a huge fan of salmon, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The candy crust was the perfect way to balance out the flavor of the fish.

I've tried several different recipes for smoked salmon, but this one is by far the best. The candy crust is what really sets it apart.

This was my first time smoking salmon and it turned out perfectly! The candy crust was a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall this recipe is a winner.

This recipe was easy to follow and the salmon turned out great! I used a bit less sugar in the candy crust and it was still plenty sweet.
