This recipe is a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. The bannock was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

I'm allergic to coconut, so I substituted almond milk in the recipe. The bannock still turned out great!

The bannock was a bit too sweet for my taste, but overall it was a good recipe.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my bannock turned out dry and crumbly. Not sure what went wrong.

I'm not a huge fan of coconut, but I still enjoyed this bread. The texture was nice and fluffy, and the flavor was subtle.

This was an interesting take on bannock! I've never had it made with coconut milk before, but it added a nice flavor and made the bread very moist.
