2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 1/2 cups chopped onion (1 1/2 medium)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (12 oz)
3/4 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 bag (32 oz) Ore-Ida™ Tater Tots™ frozen potatoes

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in dish. Sprinkle with 2 cups of the cheese.

This casserole was a bit too spicy for my taste. I would recommend using less chili powder next time.

I added a can of corn to the cheeseburger filling, and it was a great addition. It added a little sweetness and crunch to the casserole.

I made this casserole in a slow cooker, and it turned out perfectly. I just cooked it on low for 6 hours, and it was ready to serve.

This casserole was a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. I simply substituted mashed potatoes for the tater tots, and it turned out great.

I'm not a big fan of tater tots, but I loved this casserole. The cheeseburger filling was so flavorful, and the tater tots were crispy and delicious.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my casserole turned out dry. I think I should have added more milk to the cheeseburger filling.

This casserole was a bit too greasy for my taste. I think I would have liked it more if I had used ground turkey instead of ground beef.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it more if I had added some more spices to the cheeseburger filling. However, it was still a good recipe overall, and I would definitely make it again.

This casserole was a hit with my family! The tater tots were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the cheeseburger filling was perfectly seasoned. I loved that I could use frozen tater tots, which made this recipe a breeze to put toget
