Impossibly Easy Cherry-Almond Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 14

1/2 cup Original Bisquick®
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
2 eggs
1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
brown sugar Streusel (below)
Slivered almonds, toasted, if desired
Brown Sugar Streusel:
1/2 cup Original Bisquick®
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons firm margarine or butter

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches.2. Stir all ingredients except pie filling, Brown Sugar Streusel and almonds until blended. Pour into pie plate. Spoon pie filling over top.3. Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle Brown Sugar Streusel over pie filling. Bake about 10 minutes or until streusel is golden brown cool.
