Impossibly Easy Apricot Pie image

This is an easy, almost home-made pie. Not Sandra Lee's but it comes from Betty Crocker and me. I included cooling time.

The filling was a bit runny, but the flavor was still great. I'll try adding less liquid next time.

I'm not a big fan of apricots, but I really enjoyed this pie. The crust was especially good.

This apricot pie was a delight! The filling was perfectly balanced between sweet and tart, and the crust was flaky and golden brown. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out beautifully.
