Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a deep-dish pie pan.
- 2. Layer cottage cheese & Parmesan in pie pan.
- 3. Mix together chicken, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella, spices & paste; Spoon over Cheeses in pie pan.
- 4. Beat the milk, eggs, bisquick & pepper in a blender on high for about 15 seconds or with a wire whisk about 1 minute..til smooth. Pour over chicken.
- 5. Bake 30 minutes; sprinkle with the rest of mozzarella cheese and bake 5-8 minutes longer or til knife inserted near center comes out clean.
