I've tried many Imbolc ritual cakes, and this one is by far the best. It's the perfect balance of sweet and savory.

Not a fan of the orange-almond flavor combination. The cake was also a bit too sweet for my taste.

The cake was very dense and dry. I had to add extra liquid to make it edible.

This cake is a delightful blend of flavors and textures. The orange and almond combination is divine, and the coconut adds a subtle sweetness. I love the chewy texture of the cake and the crunchy topping. It was a hit with my family and friends.
