Ice Cream Muffins image

I don't remember where or from whom this recipe came from, but it is easy and delicious.

Number Of Ingredients 2

1 c self-rising flour
1 c softened vanilla ice cream

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. Line mini muffin tins with paper liners.
  • 2. Stir together all ingredients until just moistened-do not over mix.
  • 3. Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake for 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
