Humpty Dumpty Cookies image

I have enjoyed these cookies for a long time and misplaced the recipe. In going through my numerous cookbooks, I found it and wanted to share with everyone. The frosting calls for a chocolate butter cream frosting but I just make a powdered sugar frosting and add cocoa to it.

I'm not a huge fan of peanut butter, but these cookies are amazing. The chocolate overpowers the peanut butter just enough to make them perfect.
