Steps:
- Add 1 cup water to your pot and bring it to a boil over high heat. Remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for 30 seconds. (This will lower the water temperature to 200 degrees F.)
- Stir the coffee into the water. Let the brew sit for 2 minutes and stir again, then let it sit for 2 more minutes.
- Sprinkle a little cold water on the grounds. Slowly pour the coffee, leaving behind the ground in the bottom of the pot.
