Hot Turkey Sandwich / Cassies Way image

When I was a kid, I could always count on these being served with the leftover turkey and gravy...such an easy, delicious way of using up those leftovers. I'm sure many have made these, but to some who have maybe never tried one...you don't know what you're missing! Enjoy! My photos

The bread was a bit too thick for my liking. I think it would have been better if I had used a thinner bread.

This sandwich was a bit too salty for my taste. I think I would have enjoyed it more if I had used less salt.
