This pie is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I usually roast a chicken on the weekend and then use the leftovers to make this pie during the week. It's a quick and easy meal that the whole family loves.

This pie is a bit spicy for my taste, but my husband loved it. I think next time I'll use mild green chiles instead of hot ones.

I'm not a fan of tamales, but I really enjoyed this pie. The filling was creamy and flavorful and the crust was flaky and buttery. I would definitely make this again.

This pie was easy to make and turned out great! I used a store-bought pie crust to save time, but you could also make your own if you prefer. Either way, this pie is sure to be a hit.
