Hot & Spicy Salad Dressing image

If you read my "About Me" page, you'll see I don't buy salad dressing, I make my own. This is one of my favorite dressings. sometimes I switch around some spices and herbs, but this is the basic recipe. Notice there is NO OIL. Why? because you don't need it! This is HOT! If you want to make this a gift for a hot sauce fan, use an empty bottle and print your own lable.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my dressing turned out really watery. I think I might have added too much vinegar.

This dressing is a little too spicy for my taste. I would recommend using less cayenne pepper next time.

This dressing is a great way to use up leftover peppers. I always have a few peppers in my fridge that need to be used up, and this is a great way to do it.
