Red pepper flakes add plenty of fiery zip to this omelet from Dixie Terry of Goreville, Illinois. "It's a favorite at our house - for breakfast, brunch or supper - with sausage or bacon, home fries and hot biscuits," she shares.

A little too spicy for me, but my husband loved it! Will definitely make it again with less peppers.

Warning: DELICIOUSLY spicy! We're spice lovers but had to tone down the crushed red pepper. Otherwise: a brilliant recipe. Thank you!

This recipe was a perfect baseline. I added some diced ham and it was scrumptious! Will definitely make this again.

Wow! Hot n' spicy omelet is a hit in our home. It's been a life saver for those mornings we're running short on time. Love that I can use all those leftover veggies we have in the fridge.
