- 1. Add some oil to a large skillet. Saute the onion until softened. Add the hot dogs and cherry tomatoes. Season with the Mexican oregano.
- 2. Cook the tortillas in a skillet with a little oil until charred a bit.
- 3. Fill the tortillas with the hot dog mixture and top with cheese, cilantro, pickled mustard greens, salsa and sour cream
