3-4 can(s) niblet corn (not the small cans), drained
1 pkg cream cheese, low-fat
1 stick butter or margarine
3-4 Tbsp chopped jalapenos

Steps:

  • 1. Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook till cheese and butter are melted. You may alter the jalapenos to your taste. I normally let it sit in the pot for about 30-45 minutes.

This recipe was a complete disaster. The corn was mushy and the sauce was bland.

I don't think I'll be making this again.

It was a little too sweet for my liking.

I thought the sauce could have been a bit thicker, but overall this was a good recipe.

The corn was a little too spicy for my taste, but I think that's just a personal preference.

This recipe was amazing! The corn was so flavorful and juicy, and the sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.
