Steps:
- 1. Combine vodka, lemon juice and grenadine in a shaker and mix really well. Fill a beer glass to the top with ice. Pour blended mix into beer glass. Slowly top with the lager beer. Garnish with a lemon wedge if desired. Then sit back, relax and enjoy!
