Hop-Butterscotch Cookies image

These are possibly the most delicious oatmeal butterscotch cookie. Everyone loves them! Chocolate chips could be easily used in place of the butterscotch but I would recommend giving the butterscotch a try first.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my cookies turned out flat and dry. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what I did wrong.

These cookies were so easy to make! I didn't have any hops on hand, so I just omitted them. They still turned out great.

I'm not a big fan of hops, but I thought these cookies were still pretty good. The butterscotch chips really helped to balance out the flavor.

These cookies were a bit too sweet for my taste, but my husband loved them. I think next time I'll use half the amount of butterscotch chips.
