A Martha Stewart recipe. Baking soda is the secret to achieving an airy texture. Whisking it in at the last minute gives the brittle its namesake appearance. Honey is used to sweeten the caramel.

I've made this honeycomb brittle recipe several times and it always turns out great. It's a bit tricky to get the sugar to the right temperature, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy. The brittle is always a hit with my friends and family.
