Steps:
- Bring the soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice to a simmer in a small pot, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the heat as soon as the mixture is the consistency of whipping cream. Stir together wasabi powder and water in a small bowl. Stir into the mayonnaise until smooth. Serve the salmon drizzled with the honey soy sauce and the wasabi sauce. Makes 4-6 servings
