I'm not a seafood person, but a friend made me try this (yummy, by the way), so I thought I would share with other non seafooders. Hope everyone enjoys. note: prep time does not include marinading time.

Steps:
- 1. Mix last 4 ingredients in a shallow baking dish.
- 2. Add fish fillets, turning to coat, cover and marinade in fridge for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
- 3. Preaheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes.
