I'm not a seafood person, but a friend made me try this (yummy, by the way), so I thought I would share with other non seafooders. Hope everyone enjoys. note: prep time does not include marinading time.

I'm not a big fan of tilapia, but this recipe changed my mind. The honey soy sauce was so good that it made the tilapia taste delicious.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover tilapia. I always have some leftover tilapia after making fish tacos, and this recipe is a great way to use it up.

The sauce was too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of honey next time.

I followed the recipe exactly and the fish was dry and overcooked. I would not recommend this recipe.

The honey soy sauce was amazing! I used it on salmon instead of tilapia and it was still delicious.
