Honey Smoked Pork Tenderloin image

1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
3 celery ribs, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/2 teaspoon ginger
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon sage
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced

Steps:

  • in a 10'inch skillet melt butter until sizzling.
  • add pork and carrots.
  • cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until meat is browned.
  • reduce heat to medium.
  • stir in remaining ingredients.
  • cover and cook stirring occasionally until vegetables are crispy tender.
